Job Overview

Magic Bus India Foundation is seeking a dedicated Life Skills Trainer to join our team in Hyderabad or Vijayawada. This mid-level, full-time position will be responsible for enhancing the employability and life skills of young people through structured training sessions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and active listening skills, as well as experience in delivering training and working with adolescents.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)
  • Active listening skills (Mandatory skill)
  • Empathy and the ability to understand and respond to the needs of adolescents
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges faced by trainees
  • High levels of patience to effectively manage and support young learners
  • Adaptability to adjust training methods based on individual and group needs
  • Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and materials
  • Effective time management to ensure all training sessions are conducted as planned


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training sessions on life skills and employability to adolescents and young adults
  • Develop and adapt training materials to meet the specific needs of the trainees
  • Engage with participants to foster a positive learning environment and encourage active participation
  • Monitor and assess the progress of trainees, providing feedback and additional support as needed
  • Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the training programmes
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress
  • Organize and conduct follow-up sessions to ensure the continued development of trainees
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance own skills and knowledge
