Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Centre Manager / Program Manager to join our team at Magic Bus India Foundation on a full-time basis. This mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and is based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai. The role involves overseeing program operations, managing budgets, and implementing strategic plans.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strategic planning to develop long-term goals and execute them effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Budget management experience to oversee financial operations and ensure efficient resource utilization (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven project management skills to lead projects from initiation to completion (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the team towards achieving organizational objectives.
  • Effective team management abilities to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and persuasive interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and overcome operational challenges.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement to build and maintain positive professional relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned centre to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Implement strategic plans to achieve program objectives and targets.
  • Manage the program budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated and spent efficiently.
  • Coordinate with team members and provide guidance to achieve program milestones.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders, including partners and community members, to foster effective collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures in all program activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact program success.
