Job Overview
The Center Coordinator role at Magic Bus India Foundation is based in Secunderabad, focused on supporting the Livelihood programme. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing centre activities, ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives, and directly contributing to the organization's mission of enabling youth empowerment and educational advancement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, and the community (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of telecommunications to manage centre communications effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in carrier counselling to provide guidance and support to young individuals in their career paths (Mandatory skill).
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and implement solutions beneficial for program success.
- Capability to multitask efficiently across various responsibilities and projects without compromising quality.
- Willingness and interest in traveling to different locations to oversee and support multiple centres.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating and contributing to a harmonious and productive environment.
- Proficient computer skills to manage data entry, reporting, and communication tasks required for centre operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities at the assigned centre to ensure programme objectives are met.
- Engage with adolescents and young individuals to facilitate their participation in the programme's skill-building activities.
- Conduct regular assessments to track the progress and impact of the programme on the participants.
- Work closely with the community and stakeholders to promote and expand program reach and effectiveness.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops based on the program's curriculum and goals.
- Provide carrier counselling and support to guide young individuals in making informed career decisions.
- Maintain precise records and reports related to the program activities, impacts, and other operational aspects.
- Identify potential areas for improvement in program execution and develop strategies to address them.
