Job Overview

Magic Bus India Foundation is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer for a full-time role at our Visakhapatnam location. The position is mid-level and is crucial for managing vendor invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining meticulous financial records.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong accounting skills (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in vendor management (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in financial reporting (Mandatory skill)
• Hands-on experience with invoicing processes
• Proficiency in payment processing systems
• Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
• Ability to perform account reconciliation tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed timelines
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
• Maintain records of payments and financial transactions
• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations
