Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

Key Requirements and skills:

Above 6 months of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter

Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or Management or IT

Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening.

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

Solid understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
