Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify qualified leads within the target market, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients. Collaborate with internal team to ensure proposal meets client requirement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of BPO services and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
