Job Summary
We are looking for a growth-minded & a high-performing Manager & Asst. Manager that understands what it takes to implement strategies and achieve sustained success. Person, who meet our team, customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive & innovative. Candidate will be responsible for maximizing our overall operations, team potential, crafting strategies & plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. The ideal candidate should be great at training, managing and mentoring staff, as well as fully capable of making all aspects of the business run more efficiently from marketing and sales to finance and IT.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
- Develops personal growth opportunities.
- Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
- Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
- Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Candidate should explore different ways to improvise and increase the smoothness of the existing products thereby ensuring that the team goals are achieved as designed by the company.
- Candidate should be able to create, develop and implement new strategies to overall operations the new products of the organization in a strong manner.
- Candidate should study the services, products and the operations and develop strategies.
- Candidate should implement new developmental programs & trainings for upcoming products.
- Candidate should maximize the profitability & productivity of the company by suggesting and recommending new plans & strategies.
- Supervision of all segments of the business & operations.
- Candidate must aware about Submission of Daily Progress Report (DPR) and Weekly Progress Report (WPR) in consultation with seniors, Submission of weekly and monthly MMA reports.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with good organizational and analyzing skills.
- Should be proficient with computers and should be conversant with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Implement creative techniques and concepts to increase the business operations for the organization.
- Should be a good analyzer with an ability to resolve issues at the earliest.
- Should be able to motivate and inspire the team members.
- Should be able to deliver results before deadlines efficiently.
