We are seeking a skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing automated tests to ensure the quality and performance of our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using [insert relevant tools, e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG].
• Collaborate with the development team to understand the application architecture and identify testing requirements.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.

• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Ensure that test automation is integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on the automation test scripts developed by peers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance and/or security testing.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
