We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Tableau to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leveraging your analytical skills and expertise in data visualization to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. This role requires a strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, and programming, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of large datasets using advanced statistical techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Data Visualization: Develop interactive and insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Power Apps, and Tableau to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Model Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models and algorithms to support business decision-making processes.
• Data Management: Clean, preprocess, and manipulate data from various sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of data models and visualizations, and iterate as necessary to improve effectiveness and usability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a data science or analytics role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Solid understanding of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for solving challenging problems using data-driven approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
