We are looking for a talented and energetic individual to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in IT Sales. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and reach out to potential clients, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotes for clients, showcasing our products and services in a persuasive manner.
- Bidding on Online Portals: Leverage your experience in bidding on online portals to identify and bid on relevant projects, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop marketing collateral, case studies, and other materials to support sales efforts.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management, demonstrating a proactive approach and a results-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 6 months of internship experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Experience working on bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
