We are hiring Mbbs Doctor For Tata Plant in Joda Odisha, Doctor should have experience in Manufacturing Companies only Current or Previous any.
The Context / Purpose of the Job:
- Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes.
- Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls and governance processes
- Objectively review organization's business processes
Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility
- Balancing the duties of a physician with that of an administrator.
- Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care.
- Being responsible for the performance of medical staff under supervision.
- Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.
- Keeping staff updated on new healthcare regulations.
- Finding ways to improve clinical services.
- Liaising between administration and medical staff
- Developing and managing a hospital budget.
- Attending regular meetings of medical committee and implement decisions taken
- Organise health camps periodically
- Supervise and ensure health and sanitation of township
- Organise surveys to gather perception of employees on medical service and plans action to improve the same.
Requirements:
- MBBS is mandatory for this position
- Technical Competencies: Knowledge of medical practices and upcoming trends
- 2 - 8yrs Experience as Doctor
- Experience in Manufacturing industry is a must. (Current or previous)
- Knowledge of Healthcare compliances & laws related to manufacturing industry.
- Experience in clinical services
- Experience in organizing health camps
- Ready to relocate to Joda
