Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends. Develop strategies to capitalize on market dynamics and stay ahead of the competition.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop innovative sales strategies. Implement tactics to increase sales performance and drive revenue growth.
- Team Training and Development: Organize training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven 2-4 plus years of experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market trends and practices.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
