  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market trends and practices.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
