Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Closures: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Develop effective sales techniques and ensure successful negotiations to maximize revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities. Use insights to inform sales strategies and stay competitive in the market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop and implement innovative sales strategies. Adjust tactics based on market feedback and performance metrics.
  • Training and Development: Organize and lead training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Head in the real estate industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of major sales deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and sales processes.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
