Overview:
We are looking to expand our lines of businesses portfolio with the introduction of Retail Broking. The role of Business head – Retail shall lead and build this team to foster ,nurture and grow this vertical. Business head of Retail Broking shall report and work closely with the CEO and shall drive the partnerships and sales along.

Role - Business Head - Retail Broking
Job Location – Bangalore
Office Location – HSR, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership to build and scale sales process, including team management, developer relationships, marketing , operations and collections.
- Formulate and execute structured business plans to meet sales and revenue objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Provide data-driven market intelligence and insights to guide marketing initiatives and promotional strategies, ensuring they resonate with customer needs.
- Build, lead, and mentor a dynamic sales team to deliver on key performance metrics while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure superior service delivery to retain clients, foster long-term relationships, and generate referrals, solidifying Maa Homes as a flagship brand in the real estate sector.
- Track and report key metrics, including territory coverage, revenue generation, and market share, to ensure sustained business growth.
- Identify and acquire new projects and builders across regions, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and growth in the portfolio.
Must have skills:
- 10+ years of experience in residential retail broking in Bangalore.
- Successfully built and scaled a business from scratch will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership capabilities to develop strategic roadmaps and achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals.
- Experience in leading and managing diverse, high-performing sales teams.
- In-depth market knowledge with existing relationship with A+ and A grade developers in Bangalore.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas effectively.
- Focused on delivering superior customer experiences and maintaining enduring client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven individual with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Vocal command on local languages like Kannada and Telugu will be added advantage.
