Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Provide detailed information about our real estate projects and guide clients through the pre-sales process.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our real estate projects, including features, pricing, and unique selling points. Stay informed about market trends and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Customized Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of individual clients. Showcase the benefits of our properties and address any concerns or queries clients may have.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential buyers and key

stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on property options, financing, and investment opportunities.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition from presales to the sales process. Provide support in preparing necessary documentation and addressing client inquiries.

Market Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and market demands. Share insights with the marketing and product development teams for continuous enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant or a similar role in the real estate sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and industry practices.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their unique needs.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
