Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Position Overview: The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the management and expansion of our partner and reseller channels. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring alignment between partner objectives and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand and enhance channel partnerships, including identifying new partners and managing existing relationships.
  • Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets for channel partners, ensuring alignment with overall company sales goals and revenue objectives.
  • Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, providing support and guidance to optimize their sales performance and product knowledge.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and promote our products effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and address potential challenges within the channel.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, providing regular reports and feedback. Implement corrective actions as necessary to improve performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements with channel partners, ensuring terms are favourable and aligned with company policies.
