Job Title:  Sr. Executive/Asst. Mngr.– Packaging Development  

Experience Required: 6 -10 years of experience

Location: Bangalore

Role:

Overall managing of the Packaging Development (Graphic Designing) department.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Core responsibilities:

·     Responsible for Packaging development for Artwork design and development & associated activates for in-house development products as well as Tech transfer or Site transfer products. 

·      Packaging development of in – house development & Tech transfer products which includes

Pack selection and recommendation for lab scale stability studies to formulation team based

on reference product characterization.

·      Co-ordinate with RA & R&D team.

·      Responsible for Master Packaging Card, BOM.

·      Responsible to co-ordinate with vendors for blister change part development & other packaging

·      tolling’s to get the layouts and proceed for review/approval procedures.

·      Responsible to coordinate with Marketing, Regulatory affairs, Production and Quality

Assurance on the artworks.

·      Review and approval of wet proofs, shade cards sent by the supplier of the printed packaging materials.

·      Alternate vendor development for different packaging materials.

·      Initiation & review of change controls related to packaging.

FUNCTIONAL

·      Knowledge about packaging and printing

·      Strong Knowledge of packing material for selection of correct material for development batches.

·      Strong Knowledge about machines available at plants to select correct change parts and to run packing material on machine.

Knowledge about current updates in field of packaging.
