JOB DESCRIPTION


  1. Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals.
  2. Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present the company's products or services in a compelling manner to secure sales.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Provide excellent customer service, address queries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  5. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis. Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the company's CRM system.
  8. Prepare sales reports and present them to the sales manager as required.


Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
