Primary Job Function:
• Deliver on assigned Recruitment & Talent Consulting Projects as guided by Mentor / Reporting Manager
• Contribute to generating revenue through end-to-end execution of recruitment mandates
Core Job Responsibilities:
• Execute on all Recruitment and Talent related projects as per client requirements.
• Constantly build knowledge of the designated sector / industry
• Deliver on all Recruitment related assignments –Contingent, Project based Hiring
• End to End execution of Recruitment Mandates inclusive of sourcing, assessment, evaluation, offer negotiation, reference checks and hand-holding until onboarding
• Maintain an impactful digital presence to attract and engage with Talent. Effectively use social media for building and expanding candidate network and database.
• Embrace technology interventions and periodically review applicability. Adhere to CRM guidelines
• Proactively profile clients’ and candidates to ensure suitable fitment. Map and pipeline for internal and external talent requirements.
• Prepare Executive Summaries, Candidate Reports, Role Profiles and Job Descriptions
• Maintain documentation, MIS and Analytics. Prepare dashboards for clients and internal consumption
• Design, develop and execute compensation benchmarking, surveys, job evaluations as per client requirements
• Ensure proactive Client engagement and management for incremental and repeat business.

Reporting Relationships:
• Position reports to the Lead – Talent Consulting / Team Lead – Talent Consulting
Education:
• Graduate in any discipline.
Experience/ Training Required:
• Graduate fresher with an intent of building career in Talent Consulting / Talent Acquisition
• Proven & consistent record in conducting extra-curricular activities at the College / University level
• Knowledge and understanding of digital and social media
