A leading medical devices company located in north Bangalore is Looking for a TA Lead/Head :

· 12-15 years of recruiting experience (4-5 years of team management experience)

· Experience in driving the entire hiring cycle

· Exposure in leading HR initiatives/process improvement assignments is a plus

· Proven success in collaborating with and influencing senior leaders across strategy

and execution

· Ability to challenge assumptions and tends towards unusual, unconventional and

disruptive solutions.

· Handle large feet on stress hiring and also experience handling Campus and Campus

management

· Excellent analytical skills

· Exposure to hiring in a sales-driven organization would be key

· Understanding of market and talent landscape.

· Understanding of the entire HR gamut and compensation structure.

What will you be doing:

· Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent .

· Work closely with functional leaders to create hiring roadmaps .

· Collaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs .

· Drive process efficiencies, build control and strengthen supremacy around recruiting

processes

· Strive to improve efficiencies around operational metrics that include time to hire,

consistent quality and discretionary spend

· Think beyond the status quo, question how things might be different, and develop

creative ideas for alternatives. Take risks to drive change and innovation and inspire

the team to do the same.

· Intelligence about market and constant creation of pipeline.

· Play the role of HR BP for one of the function.

· Campus hires and create a pool of management trainees.

· Actively promote Company’s brand and reputation amongst potential talent pipeline.
