Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe
• Ensure high-quality service delivery to employees and guests
• Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
• Handle inventory management, including stocking, ordering, and maintaining appropriate levels
• Train and supervise cafe staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
• Manage the cafe budget and cost controls effectively
