We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at lsd. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and design elements for various projects. Junior designers with 1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong creative and artistic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Knowledge of market analysis and research
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics and design elements for various projects, including but not limited to brochures, banners, websites, and social media graphics
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement design concepts
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet the requirements of the project brief
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Communicate and present design ideas to clients or team members
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of projects
