Position: Senior Executive/Asst Manager  HR & Admin – Talent Acquisition.

Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai.

Reporting: Manager HR & Admin.

Ø Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.

Ø Handling recruitment from entry level to senior level management.

Ø Sourcing candidates by using database, job portals, social media. etc.

Ø Coordinating with the hiring managers to understand requirements, gathering inputs, preparing Job descriptions.

Ø Short-listing the sourced profiles and sending it to the respective hiring managers.

Ø Scheduling Interviews of the short-listed candidates as per availability.

Ø Responsible for coordination of the complete interview process. Follow up: getting the feedback from the hiring manager and regular follow-ups with the candidate on offer made and date of joining.

Ø Creating and maintaining comprehensive candidate database.

Ø Maintaining vacancy tracker and sharing update to the HR Head.

Ø Initiate reference check for shortlisted candidates.

Ø Make sure a smooth on boarding of new joiners.

Ø Conducting employee engagement activities.

Ø Taking care of Admin activities of corporate office.

Ø Other admin activities which need to be addressed as on need bases.
