We are seeking a Junior UI UX Designer at Huemn, located in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in user-centric design to help enhance our studio management platform for photographers. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that streamline the user experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of user research processes to gather insights and iterate on design solutions effectively.
• Proficiency in wireframing tools to create low-fidelity blueprints of user interface for better user flow visualization.
• Experience in prototyping to build dynamic models of user interfaces and validate user experiences before final development.
• Visual design expertise to ensure that all digital outputs are aesthetically pleasing and adhere to company branding guidelines.
• Skills in interaction design to define clear and engaging user interface flows and page interactions for high usability.
• Usability testing proficiency to evaluate the user experience of products and ensure they meet customer needs efficiently.
• Competent in information architecture to organize content and functionalities in a way that aids user intuition and ease of access.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to leverage its tools for comprehensive design solutions meeting company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and experience.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to apply it in refining design practices and outcomes.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to visualize the proposed design solutions and obtain user feedback.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to solve complex user challenges.
• Maintain and update the design library and documentation to ensure consistency across various platforms.
• Participate in usability testing sessions to capture user interactions for the purpose of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and methodologies to inject creativity and innovation into the design process.
