Job Overview

Huemn is seeking a dedicated Senior Backend Developer to join our expanding team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires expertise in backend technologies to support and enhance our growing suite of studio management tools. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance to meet the high standards expected by our photography clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Java (Mandatory skill) with strong analytical and trouble-shooting capabilities to handle complex backend tasks effectively.
• Hands-on experience with NODE JS (Mandatory skill), ensuring the development of efficient, scalable, and maintainable server-side applications.
• Skilled in MONGO DB (Mandatory skill) and capable of designing database schemas and methods for accessing and storing data securely.
• Extensive knowledge of the Spring Framework for building robust and maintainable Java applications seamlessly.
• Experienced in designing RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth integration and communication between client and server systems.
• Familiar with Microservices architecture for building scalable and flexible systems that enhance application performance.
• Understanding of Agile Methodologies, boosting collaborative development efforts and delivering high-quality products on schedule.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions to meet business needs and technical requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend components of our studio management platform to meet the evolving needs of our users.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to shape and add new functionalities to our products.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by performing rigorous code reviews and testing throughout the development cycle.
• Design and implement scalable architecture solutions to support the growth and demand on our platform's capabilities.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring systems remain responsive and efficient under varying load conditions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation aligned with industry best practices for future reference and audit purposes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies by participating in continuous learning activities and forums.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support as they implement their own technical solutions.
