Role Description
This is a full-time Performance Marketing Executive role based in Hyderabad. As a Performance Marketer at Huemn, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition, increase brand visibility, and optimize marketing funnels. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, data analysis, campaign optimization, and marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is must
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive SaaS product awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth.
- Use strong analytical skills to track KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rates), identify trends, and optimize campaigns for ROI using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Partner with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing strategies with SaaS sales goals and customer acquisition targets.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective spend across channels while reporting on ROI to stakeholders.
- Create clear, concise performance reports and present insights to internal teams, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Conduct experiments (ad creatives, landing pages, targeting) to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Work with content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to SaaS buyer personas.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends (e.g., AI tools, automation) and propose innovative tactics to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and support nurturing campaigns that convert prospects into SaaS customers.
- Analyse the customer journey to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve funnel efficiency and shorten sales cycles.
