We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll HR Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management:
• Administer and process accurate and timely payroll for all employees (salaried, hourly, temporary, etc.).
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and commissions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain payroll records, ensuring all data is kept up-to-date and secure.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and handle any payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Generate and distribute pay statements, ensuring all necessary tax deductions and benefits contributions are applied correctly.
• HR Support & Administration:
• Support HR in maintaining employee records, ensuring that all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits programs, and managing changes in employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
• Provide general HR support as needed, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Support the preparation and tracking of vacation, sick leave, and other employee leave balances.
• Employee Relations & Communication:
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist in training employees on payroll policies and procedures as needed.
• Provide guidance on interpreting payroll and benefits policies to ensure clarity and transparency.
