Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Huemn, located in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing cutting-edge technology solutions for our photography studio management platform. Passion for both technology and photography will be key in the role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4-6 years in software development with a focus on the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, MongoDB (Mandatory skill) for intensive application development and maintenance.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript programming with a deep understanding of its ecosystem and libraries.
• Experience with HTML/CSS, ensuring responsive and high-standard web development.
• Ability to develop and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
• Understanding and experience with Redux for state management in complex applications.
• Knowledge of Webpack for efficient module bundling, contributing to fast application performance.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards optimizing user experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the development process of our studio management platform using the MERN stack to enhance functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to create seamless and efficient user interfaces.
• Maintain a high code quality standard by conducting regular code reviews and unit tests.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to expand platform features and maintain competitive edge.
• Ensure technical feasibility in the UI/UX designs and propose efficient workflows where necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and workflow interruptions.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
