Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
  • Support the talent acquisition team in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
