Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of CRM software and best practices
• Familiarity with photography industry and studio management tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact
• Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, striving to exceed client expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate new business and expand client base
• Prepare and deliver client presentations or demonstrations as needed
• Track and analyze client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM database
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer relationship management strategies and processes
