What we look for in a Huemn:

We seek an enthusiastic inhouse content creator to produce engaging content for our brand. The inhouse content creator must be aware of the ongoing development in the organization and produce content to attract and engage vast and diverse audiences. The content will be used to educate our clients as well as new joiners of the organization. The content creator will work closely with the brand owners and show the brands’ values and identities to the audiences. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in product management, as well as exposure to the photography industry.

We believe in stories and like to tell bold and engaging stories that attract and connect to new age “passionpreneurs” who are our target audience. If you believe you have sparks of ideas and understand todays Instagram game, then you are right fit. We believe in simplistic and minimalistic content, but you will be provided with state-of-the art equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development

·       Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging and shareable video content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.

·       Collaborate with other teams to generate ideas and ensure consistent content across various platforms.

Video Production

·       Shoot high-quality, professional videos using the latest camera equipment and tools. (All the required equipment will be provided)

·       Create visually appealing and engaging videos best suited for short-form content consumption especially on Instagram.

Platform Management

·       Manage video content across various platforms, including Instagram, Youtube and other channels.

·       Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.

Brand Representation

·       Ensure that all video content aligns to the company's brand and reflects its values and messaging.

·       Act as a brand ambassador in video content, presenting a positive and professional image.

Audience Engagement

·       Create and maintain a strong connection with the audience through creative storytelling and interactive elements.

·       Respond to audience comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

·       Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective video algorithms.

·       Creative thinking and storytelling skills.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·       Extremely presentable and well groomed.

·       Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Education and Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).

·       Previous experience in creating and managing video content for brands (preferred).
