We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

Responsibilities:

•  Expertise in generating leads and converting them into prospects.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales opportunities.
•    Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
•   Achieving monthly given Targets and confident in doing so.
• Generate business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Guru, PPH, Freelancer, and others.
• Conduct cold calls to explore new business prospects.
•   Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
•   Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
•   Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
•   Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market. 
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.

Requirements:

•   Should have worked in a Creative/Ad/Digital Marketing Agency/Event Management Company with proven track record.
•   Degree/PG in marketing, business administration, or similar.
•   4 years of prior business development experience.
•    Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
•    Great networking skills.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication. 
•    Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
