Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team at Huemn. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our platform, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the back-end architecture for our studio management tool software.
- Implement scalable and efficient APIs to support seamless integration with front-end applications
- Optimize performance and reliability of back-end systems to ensure smooth operation under high traffic and workload conditions.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in back-end development, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our software platform.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven success in software product management, ideally at fast-growing, SaaS-based startups.
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience as a Backend Developer
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Script, Node . Js is must
- Strong database management skills (MongoDB and SQL) is must
- Knowledge of API development and integration
- Familiarity with cloud services
