We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our Hyderabad team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management within a dynamic environment. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in tax preparation (Mandatory skill) and with a strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience with tally (Mandatory skill) software for maintaining and managing financial records efficiently.
• Solid expertise in GST (Mandatory skill) processes, including filing and return submission.
• Skilled in financial reporting, capable of compiling financial statements and presenting insights clearly.
• Ability to create and manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Competent in conducting financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Experience with account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Knowledge of TDS processes for accurate deduction and remittance as per statutory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of GST and other statutory returns.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Support budgeting processes and perform variance analyses to guide financial planning.
• Manage and reconcile bank statements and ledgers to maintain accuracy of accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
