Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Designer for a Junior position at our Jaipur location. This is a full-time role ideally suited for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and visually stunning design solutions for our studio management tech tool, contributing significantly to product innovation and user satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess proficiency in Sketch (Mandatory skill) for creating high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes with precise attention to detail.
• Proven expertise in Adobe XD (Mandatory skill) to efficiently design user interfaces and enhance user interaction within our platform.
• Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill), useful for crafting and refining design elements incorporated into the product.
• Experience with Figma, utilizing collaborative design elements to streamline the design process and ensure coherence across projects.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive user research to gather insights and iteratively improve design features based on user feedback and data.
• Skilled in wireframing, translating concepts into detailed wireframes that form the blueprint for a seamless user experience.
• Proficiency with prototyping techniques, effectively applying them to demonstrate and validate design concepts with stakeholders.
• Experienced in conducting usability testing, evaluating product interface performance and gathering data to drive user-centered design improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems within the product while providing actionable design recommendations for enhancement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital design standards, incorporating best practices into design processes to elevate product quality.
• Facilitate user testing sessions, synthesize feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure an exceptional user experience is achieved consistently.
• Develop and maintain a style guide and design library that reflects the brand and ensures consistency across all design elements.
• Work closely with developers during implementation phases to ensure the design vision is accurately translated into the final product.
• Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders using detailed design specifications and presentations.
