Job description

  • Coordination with Tender Project Manager for execution of project.
  • Coordinate with purchase department after clearing technical specification for procurement and supply.
  • Coordinate with logistic department for order shipment
  • Coordinate with accounts for timely submission of invoice and for vendor payment.
  • Invoice preparation with all supporting documents for government projects.
  • Calculation of down time with client for invoice processing.
  • Preparation of weekly and Monthly MIS reports.
  • Attending monthly meeting with client for smooth going of project.
  • Collecting all Technical & commercial data required. Documentation of Project.

Requirements:

  • Education qualification - B.tech or Diploma in Electrical/mechanical Field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge on tender would be an added advantage
