Job Overview
We are seeking a proficient Front Desk Receptionist for our Ankleshwar location at Lords Plaza. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, adept communication abilities, and robust problem-solving techniques.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer service: proficiency in meeting and exceeding guest expectations, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere (Mandatory skill).
- Communication: excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and vendors (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a swift and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages or providing information as necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to address guest needs and requests promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and special promotions to share with guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns, providing reliable information and solutions.
- Process guest payments, handle billing inquiries, and promote hotel services and amenities.
- Assist in handling reservations and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the lobby area remains clean and welcoming, promoting a positive guest experience.
