Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at our Ankleshwar location. As a Junior-level position, the role requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.   • Assist in setting up dining areas and serving food and beverages to guests as per the hotel's service standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service of meals to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas at all times.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues proactively to enhance their dining experience.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
