Key Responsibilities:-


  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and generate leads.
  • Utilize various digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and other online channels to reach potential customers.
  • Create compelling content for online marketing materials including social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Engage with prospects through various digital communication channels including phone calls, emails, video calls, and instant messaging.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales techniques.


Qualifications:-


  • Bachelor's degree in any field. (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field will be something extra.)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and sales, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital marketing tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
