Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,
interviewing, Salary negotiation and hiring new employees.
2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth
integration into the company.
3. Manage the off boarding process, including exit interviews and necessary
documentation.
4. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
5. Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
6. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
