Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior US IT Staffing and Recruitment professional to join our dynamic team at our Hyderabad location. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will possess keen expertise in IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiation. You will play a crucial role in our efforts to bring top talent to our company and our clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in recruitment with at least 7 years of experience in US IT staffing environments.
- Proficient in sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through networking and direct approach.
- Experience in screening resumes and managing the interview process to identify top talent efficiently and effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage offers, counteroffers, and acceptance, ensuring competitive hiring.
- Excellent client management skills to maintain professional relationships and meet client demands consistently.
- Deep understanding of technical knowledge related to IT roles to facilitate effective candidate evaluations.
- Outstanding market research capability to keep abreast of the latest industry trends and recruiting techniques.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle a diverse range of hiring scenarios seamlessly.
