Job Overview


LogFix SCM Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an Inbound Sales professional to join our team. As an Inbound Sales representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales calls and inquiries, understanding customer needs, providing product information, and closing sales. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. The salary range for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to listen and understand customer needs
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of voice process, phone banking, customer support, and contact centers


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information
  • Close sales by effectively addressing customer objections and concerns
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team performance
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends
