Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Information System Executive to join our team at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. As a MIS Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's management information system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support decision making. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in management information systems or related fields
• Strong proficiency in MIS tools and techniques
• Expertise in creating and maintaining dashboards, pivot tables, and KPI dashboards
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Good understanding of data validation and quality assurance processes
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop the company's management information system to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for system improvement
• Create and maintain dashboards, pivot tables, and KPI dashboards to visualize and analyze data
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support decision making
• Validate data accuracy and integrity in the management information system
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues
• Train end-users on the effective use of the management information system
