Job Overview

We are recruiting for the position of Home Loan Sales. This role requires a Mid-Level candidate with 2 to 6 years of experience in sales. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 2 to 6 years in home loan and business loan sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Sound knowledge of financial products and services.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable loan options.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with potential customers for home loans and business loans.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting loan products and services.
• Analyze customer financial situations and provide suitable loan options.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure proper documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors' offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing and resolve customer queries.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
