Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Ability to draft emails and written communications
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
