Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Backend Operations Executive (PL & HL) to join our team at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. As a Backend Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the loan servicing and processing operations, ensuring efficient and timely completion of loan applications, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in back-end operations and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in back-end operations
- Strong knowledge of loan ( Home Loan & Personal Loan) servicing and processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial services and regulatory requirements
- Customer service-oriented mindset
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the loan servicing and processing operations
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of loan applications
- Review loan documents and perform necessary checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth loan processing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and customer interactions
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
