Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated Backend Operations Executive (PL & HL) to join our team at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. As a Backend Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the loan servicing and processing operations, ensuring efficient and timely completion of loan applications, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in back-end operations and possess strong communication and organizational skills.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in back-end operations
  • Strong knowledge of loan servicing and processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with financial services and regulatory requirements
  • Customer service-oriented mindset


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the loan servicing and processing operations
  • Ensure efficient and timely completion of loan applications
  • Review loan documents and perform necessary checks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth loan processing
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and customer interactions
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
