Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role
• Min 12th pass / Any Graduate can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of staffing and recruitment industry
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to our finance services
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve sales performance
