Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the services offered by the Company
• Identify potential leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect and record customer information, including feedback and complaints
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
